It's here somewhere, I know it is. Oh I know what I did with it!! I swapped it for my TOM. Damn!!! This period stuff takes all my energy. I'm still running, but lately it's been hard this week and this past weekend. I'm getting so tuckered out!! I'll be happy when this is over and I can get back to my normal self.
I've made my decision...
I'm going back to my gym. The track where I run has suddenly become overrun with soccer moms and their kids! And they are getting on my nerves!!! The kids practice on the field and the moms are forever walking in front of me as I run. Clearly they see me coming. Sometimes they'll just stop right in my lane! What the heck! So I refuse to run mad anymore. I'm going back to my gym. This way I can just be one with the treadmill. And I'll go back to my strength training classes, my spin class and my combat (kickboxing classes). I'm so excited! But I'll still run outside whenever I get the chance.
I have news to share, but you'll have to wait until tomorrow, because I have dinner to make and a run to go on. Ta-ta!!

I have noticed that when I am not serious about "on plan" that I suffer PMS - bloating and weight gain. Yet, if I am on plan and drinking lots of water, no symptoms.
But I hear you on losing your motivation around that time of the month.
UGGG T.O.M. = EVIL!! Doesnt it just suck the drive right out of you. Bright side it doesnt last forever and we just have to suffer a week with it lol. That is a bright side right? Hang in there!!
