I'm back!!

I'm back from Florida!! I was visiting my dad (he's in the hospital). He's doing ok. Hopefully he'll get to go home soon.

While I was gone, I missed my weigh day! So here it is..... 180. I lost a pound even though I was away. Very cool. My dad was on the 11 floor of the hospital and I climbed the stairs at least twice a day while I was there. Ridiculous amount of stairs!!! I also was able to go running one of the days I was there.

Since I've been back, I've been running and keeping up with my workout plan. My goal for the month of March is to lose 10 pounds. I hope I can do it! Hopefully I can do it before TOM comes, because I can't seem to lose a thing during that time.

Oh! My new job is going great so far. I've only been there two days. I'm not thinking about quitting yet, so that's good!

Glad to hear you had a good trip and your Dad is doing better. And WOWSER congrats on losing a pound while you were gone. You did GREAT!!!

Welcome back!!! Way to stay committed on your workout plan while away. Many find it diffcult to do. I'm sure you'll reach your 10 pound weight loss for this month. Glad to read your dad is doing better.

I was just perusing the blogs on the Healthy You Challenge blog roll, and yours was the second one. When I saw you were trying to lose 10 pounds in March, I just had to comment, because I set that same goal for myself! I'm referring to it as March Madness. :)
