Ugghhh!!
I feel so lost without my scale! Two more weeks. I can do this!
I got up every morning last week and completed a Turbo Jam workout. Yay me! I ran twice last week as well. I ate ok... could have been better. So far I'm off to a great start if you scratch that chocolate chip cookie I had last night :)!
