
There! I've admitted it. I'm addicted to my scale. I have been known to weigh myself multiple times a day. I know, ridiculous. In any case, I'm here to help myself. I've asked my husband to hide my scale from me for 3 weeks. Just like with any program.. I'm going to take this one day at a time :)
For stats sake, as of today I weigh 155lbs.
For this first week, my goal is to work out twice a day. I'll do either a Turbo Jam or Tae Bo workout in the mornings and go for a run in the evenings. I'm also following the Atkin's program, Phase 1.. but I'm havint to add edamame beans before my run to ge that extra rush.
