Turbo Advanced Rip You Up Rotation

I may have shared this with you before, but I don't remember. Anywho, to go along with how I'm eating, here's how I'm moving my body this week:

1. Cardio Party 3 plus floor ver. of AB Jam

2. Booty Sculpt Turbo Jam Live plus Cardio Party Remix

3. Punch, Kick & Jam - 1/2 with hand gloves plus standing version of AB Jam

4. Fat Blaster (30 min.)3T - Totally Tubular Turbo

5. Lower Body Jam

6. Cardio Party 2 Ab Jab Standing and floor

7. Something fun like go for a run if it's not too cold.

This is week 2 of this particular rotation by the way. I've got to get back to running regularly if I'm going to complete my 10K this summer without walking. Hopefully it gets a bit warmer next week so I can head back outside.
