So let's get it started ok? Why? Because I have plan! Wanna hear it? Here it goes. For the next two weeks (starting tomorrow), I'm going to follow the Atkins plan (again!). I know what you're saying...
You can't be vegetarian and follow Atkins!
I beg to differ! I've followed it before and experienced great results for the first two weeks, and kept it off! I do eat eggs (shh! don't tell the other veggies!) and that definitely helps. Here's a sample daily menu for me:
Breakfast: scrambled eggs with cheese
Snack: string cheese
Lunch: veggie burger patty and broccoli
Snack: atkins shake
Dinner: same as lunch
It's not at as bad as it sounds, and I swap out things here and there. I'm also revving up the workout plan. I haven't worked out consistently in over a month. I know, shame on me. But I'm back! I'll be following Turbo Jam's advance rip you up rotation for my morning workout and running when I get home in the evenings. I'm trying to get results here people!
